TERMS OF USE
We cannot ship wine to many states.  Please check the Shipping Info Section from the top menu for details.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Canal's to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping from NJ to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Canal's is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in accordance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. The purchaser authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
All packages that contain alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 21, as required by state and federal law, as well as the shipping company FedEx.

For In-Store Pickups and Purchases, it is the responsibility of the Customer to check before leaving the store that they have been given the correct items and quantities that their receipt or order details.

For Local Delivery, deliveries must be signed for by a person at least 21 years of age.
Customer must sign a form acknowledging that they have received all of the items that they were charged for and that all items are in good condition upon delivery.

REFUND POLICY
All returns must be in good condition for resale to receive a refund.  Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We will not perform any refunds for wine damaged due to extreme cold or hot weather while shipping.  If you feel that the weather is not good for shipping when you place your order, you can ask us to hold the package for shipping at a later date.  We will be happy to do this for you at no additional charge.  Make us aware that you want your package held in the "Customer Comments" box during the online checkout process.

The 10% restocking fee also applies for In-Store Pickups and Purchases.
Fee will be waived in these circumstances if Customer purchases (exchanges), at the sime time, other products of equal or great value than the return.
Special orders and kegs are not returnable or exchangeable.
Returned items must be in good, resellable condition.
Customer must provide the original itemized register receipt.

The 10% restocking fee also applies for Local Delivery Orders.  Customer must return the items to the store.
Our delivery staff will not pick up merchandise for return or exchange.
